APPLE CREAM PIE

  •    8 apples
  •    1/2 cup sugar
  •    1/2 cup margarine
  •    2/3 cups sugar
  •    1 egg
  •    1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  •    1/2 teasp salt or to taste
  •    1/2 teasp of cinnamon
  •    1/2 teasp of nutmeg
  •    1 cup whipping cream
  •    1/2 cup flower

Blend together

Apples , 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, place in a 9 inch buttered pan

Cream together butter, egg, 2/3 cup of sugar, beat til lightly fluffy, add flower, baking powder and salt, empty mix on apples

Cook at 350 for 30 min, add cream on top and cook another 10 min

Serve with Ice Cream or as is.
