HAWAIIN PORK CHOPS

4     pork chops
1     can (8oz) sliced pineapple, drained (reserve 1 tablespoon juice)
1/3     cup honey
1     tablespoon mustard
1     teaspoon curry powder
½     tsp salt
1/8     tsp pepper
1/8     tsp Tabasco sauce

1.     In a shallow glass dish, combine juice, honey, mustard, curry, salt, pepper, Tabasco.

2.     Add pork chops and pineapples. Turning to coat. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

3.     Cook on the bar-b-q at low heat turning the chops often, until cooked throughout and no longer pink, about 15-20 minutes. Can also be cooked in oven at 375F for 30-45 minutes, covered.
