STEAK CASSEROLE
1 slice round steak, cut in cubes
2 medium onions cut up
1 can mushrooms
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
In a casserole, alternate one layer or meat , one layer onions, one layer
of mushrooms. Repeat once. Top with can of soup ( NO WATER ). Cover and bake
at 350F for 1 ½ hours.
Serve with white rice and a green salad.
