Irene's Special Pork Chops

4     Large Pork Chops
1     cups Water
1     medium onion, chopped
2     Teaspoons of Garlic (to taste)
1     can tomato soup
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 400.

Place all ingredients in a large non-stick pan, stir then add pork chops. Let cook for at least 45 minutes to an hour, turn chops over once about half way during cooking time.
