2 Cups Flour
1 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Add Butter milk till its a spongy consistency.
Roll out into 8 inch rounds and quarter. Cook on a electric skillet at
350 on each side till they are slightly brown.
You can pop these in the freezer and use them at will. What we do is
cook breakfast first and then take each quarter ans slice in in half so you
have two open faced triangles. Then fry these in the same skillet as you
made your bacon. Very bad for you but oh so good
