I found this recipe on the Internet while I was looking for something else. I thought, hmmm? Grilled corn, interesting…. So I tried it, and I kept the recipe. The herbed butter is a nice touch but it should be made the day before.
Grilled corn with garlic herbed butter
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 ears of corn, husks removed
Stir together first 3 ingredients; cover and chill 8 hours
Oil barbecue racks and heat to a medium flame. Grill corn uncovered, turning often for about 10 minutes or until corn is easily pierced with a fork.
Serve with herbed butter.
