THE HATFIELD SECRET PEANUT BUTTER CUP RECIPE

Buy as many paper baking cups that you desire, at the size of peanut butter cup you want. Usually makes about 24 medium sized cups.

Place paper liners in a muffin tin for stabilization.

  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

· Mix above ingredients well and press into paper cups. If mixture is runny, add a bit more graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Should be consistency of very soft, grainy dough.

· Press mixture into muffin liners. I fill them to about the half-way mark.

Melt 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Melt ½ cup peanut butter

· Combine the melted chocolate and melted peanut butter. Spread over peanut butter mixture in the cups.

· Refrigerate until cups become firm and share with Dwayne Hatfield.
