This is a recipe my mother introduced me to except I made a few changes and created something a little different. I serve it with mashed potatoes and veggies. The red sauce makes for a very tasty and creative gravy.

Italian style pork chops

4     pork chops
1     can of tomato soup
1     can of water
1     envelope or cube of chicken oxo
1     teaspoon of dried oregano and thyme
1/2     small onion chopped
1     tsp garlic, minced
2     tablespoons of parmesan cheese

1.     Mix all the ingredient in a large bowl. Whisk until it's well blended.

2.     Place the pork chops in a glass dish and pour sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.

3.     Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Take them out and flip the chops, bake another 10 minutes uncovered.

Makes 4 servings
