Baked Meatballs

1     lbs ground beef
1     large egg
1     large minced onion (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasonal (optional)
1     clove of garlic
1/2     pack of croutons

1.     Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.     Put ground beef in a bowl
3.     add salt, pepper, onions, garlic and mix well
4.     Beat egg and add to mixture
5.     Crush croutons and add to bowl
6.     Once mixed well, shape into balls place them in a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
