All you need is 4 cups of Mashed potatoes and 1 cup of flour. Knead
the mixture together and roll the dough out into 8 or 12 inch rounds. Then
cut into quarters.
Now using butter on an electric skillet you fry these until they are
golden brown turning to do both sides.
Freeze for later use.
