Annette Allain's Salmon Steak

4 salmon steak
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt & pepper

In a glass pan place salmon in a single layer. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over salmon, turning once to coat salmon well. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes turning 2 more times. Heat the barbecue at medium heat and cook the salmon 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade often while cooking.
