Easy Shrimp And Vegetable Chowder
Cold weather approaches and you are looking for something warm and tasty to serve? Search no more. Here is a simple but amazingly tasty recipe to serve to friends and family. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

¼ cup chicken broth
- 4 cups veggies, bite size cuts (whatever you like, broccoli, carrots, celery, potatoes, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 12 oz small shrimp, cooked
- ½ cup butter
- 2-cup cream
- 1 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
In large skillet, melt the butter. Add cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring add the Parmesan cheese. Turn off the heat but keep sauce warm.
In medium saucepan, combine broth, vegetables and basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add shrimp and sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
