You like it sweet and spicy, then this is the sauce for you. This starts out like a nice and tangy bar-b-q sauce but all of a sudden there's a flash of hot. Not so hot your lips swell, but just enough hot to make you say whoo hoo!!!
Sweet and Hot Barb-b-q sauce

3 tablespoons dry mustard

3 tablespoons water

1 cup dark brown sugar

¾ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons chili powder
-
1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, blend mustard and water. Mix sugar, soy sauce, chili powder, vinegar and pepper. Mix until well blended.
