Edith Cavelle MacIntyre

Passed away at the age of 93 at the Campbellton Nursing Home on January 6, 2013.

Born in Campbellton on February 14, 1919, she was the daughter of the late George and Carrie (Urquhart) Sansom, Edith was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She worked at Sharp's Construction office as a secretary / bookkeeper. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church where she served as the Sunday School secretary for many years.

Edith will be sadly missed by her son Ralph MacIntyre of Campbellton, daughter Carol (Wade) Durling of Niagara on the Lake, granddaughter Jennifer and grandsons Matthew and Joshua Durlihng (Niagara on the Lake). As well as her nieces and nephews.

Edith was predeceased by her husband Wallace (2004) ; brother Ralph Sansom (Moncton) and sisters Lisa Brown (Saint John) and Leola Daly (Tatamagouche).

Eileen (Parker) Joncas

Passed away at the Valleyfield Hospital on January 21, 2013, Eileen (Parker) Joncas.

Survived by husband Alphonse Joncas of Riguad Quebec, formerly of Eel River Crossing, son David, grandchildren, Charles Andre and Rebecca, also her sisters Marjorie Joan( Toronto), Argine (Niagara Falls), Jean (Dalhousie) and brother Bernie Parker (Eel River Crossing).

Garnet Thompson

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the age of 88 and 7 months, Mr. Garnet Thompson son of the late Robert Thompson and the late Mary Jane Flanagan.

He loved hunting, bowling and all sports most of all his Toronto Maple Leafs. Member of the CN Pensioners Association and 1st St Louis Lane Seniors.

Survived by his wife doreen Allain and brother Wilson of London, On.

Pallbearers : Willis Murphy, Garnet Roy, Etienne Fallu, Jean L. Fournier, Albert Levesque and Luc Chiasson. Honorary Pallbearers were Robert savoie, Jim Stone, Roger Santerre, Noonan Maher, Don Harris and Frank Brooks.

James Woodworth

James Woodworth passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on January 8, 2013 at the age of 74. He was born on November 4, 1938, son of the late James Woodworth, Campbellton and Yvonne Gagne, St Omer, QC.

He retired from the Campbellton Fire Department as a driver and later the chief.

He leaves to mourn his wife Betty (Good) Woodworth, and son Kevin, Halifax. Also survived by sister Irene (Firlotte) Kingston Ont., and brother Rev. Fr. Raymond Woodworth, Quebec City, several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by sisters Rita (Jones-Whitty) and Joyce (Savoie).

He was a member of First Baptist Church Campbellton, where the service was held.

The family wishes to express their thanks to all their friends for their prayers, emails, memorium cards and food. Also to the nurses at the palliative care at the Campbellton Regional Hospital for the excellent care he was given there.

William (Bill) MacDonald

In loving memory of William (Bill) MacDonald who passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital ohn January 18, 2013 at the age of 84. Born in Wyers Brook, December 4, 1928, he was the son of the late Jack MacDonald and the late Ethel Downs.

Bill is survived by his wife Cynthia (Dawson) MacDonald, two sons Ken (Linda) of Bathurst and David (Kelly) of Saint John. Also survived by her fiv e grandcildren, Lisa, James, Laura, Kelsey and Taylor, one brother Allison (Marg) of Oshawa, On.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by four sisters edeith sharpe, Betty, Haywood, Rita Kierstead and Susie Boutaugh, seven brothers Sandy,m Raymond, George, Donald, Hazen, Havelock and Douglas MacDonald.
