Leontine Mallais

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Leontine Mallais (nee Duguay) who passed away peacefully surroundede by her family, March 15, 2013, at the age of 73.

Throughout her life, Leontine found great joy in caring for others, she will be remembered by those whose lives she touched with her kindness and generosity.

She leaves behind her children Rose (Marc St Pierre), Edna, Jocelyne (Michel Drapeau), Denise (Mike Rideout), Linda, 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Leontine also leaves behind her brothers and sisters Warry, Rosa, Lina, Irene, Arthur, Levis, Sylva and Berthilde.

She is now reunited with her husband Edgar, her sister Emilienne and her two brothers.

Martin Kenneth Grimes

Passed away at his home on February 28, 2013 at the age of 71.

Beloved husband of Charlene (Thorne) Grimes predeceased.

Loving father of Kelly (Kristopher Tremblay) of Belle River, Cherished grandfather of Carley. Dear son of Matthew and Stella Grimes both predeceased. Dear brother of Eddie predeceased, Jim (Glenda predeceased), Don predeceased (Barb) and Barbara (Ivan predeceased).

Marty was born in Campbellton , he worked for many years as a trucker. Marty enjoyed the outdoors huntin, fishing and picking blueberries. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Elizabeth Margaret Anslow

It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Anslow announce her passing on March 17, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born on April 17, 1944 in Miramichi, she was the loving wife of Ian Anslow.

In addition to her husband Elizabeth is survived by her children, Heather Anslow of Dubai UAE, Stacy Pierce (Joel) of Bloomfield and Robert Anslow (Carrie) of Saskatoon, her little sister Darian Anslow of Toronto; her siblings Barbara J. MacFarlane of Rothersay and Blair MacFarlane (Gaynor) of Prince Albert, fourteen grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and her very special friend Pat Spadoni.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents.

Elizabeth was retired from the Registrar's Office at UNB and had reviously been employed with Hogan's Jewel and various other local business in Fredericton. She will be deeply missed by her very good friends in the Craft Group and will be remembered for her longtime involvement as a dedicated Brownie Leader with the Girl Guides of Canada.

Elizabeth cherished the time she spent with her beautiful grandchildren and could be found curled up in an armchair reading with four or five of them.

She was a tremendously giving person who always put the needs of others ahead of her own.

She loved spending her summers walkin the sandbars at the cottage in Argyle Shore, PEI with her family. Elizabeth was a very active person and her family always found it very hard to keep up with her.

The family would like to offer their gratitude to the staff of the Extra-Mural Health, Greg and Tracey on 3E at the DECH and Drs Burnell and Gowan.

Jane Margaret Adams

Jane Margaret Adams passed away on March 13, 2013 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. Born in Campbellton on December 19, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Stuart Arnold Adams and the late Ruth (Worrell) Adams.

She is survived by her sisters Julie (Alexander D.) McDonald of Rusticoville PEI; Janice (Michel) Guitard of Glencoe and her brother Stuart (Margaret) of Scarborough ON; nieces, nephews, and great nephews and great niece; Robert McDonald , Grace (Ikim Hince), McDonald, Reid (Leslie) McDonald; Stuart (Mary) and Aedan, Taylor and Charlotte adams, Brendan (Kelly) and Kendra Adams, Geoffrey (Roxanne), and Katerie and Isabella Guitard, Pamela (Jason) Byer, David (Elizabeth Lanbert) Guitard and Anthony Guitard; her aunts, Beatrice (SamuelD. ) Douglas of Del Rio, Texas, Rachel (Robert) Fitzgerald of Lions Head ON, Irene (Gerald Worrell of Richmond HIll, ON and many cousins.

Don A. Targett

It is with great sadness that the family of Don A. Targett announce his passing on March 8, 2013 at the age of 62, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Palliative Care Unit.

He leaves behind to mourn his parents Lloyd Targett and Doris (Dealy ) Targett, devoted wife Doris (nee Dugas) Targett, two sons, Trevor Targett (Heather Hicks) , Troy Targett (Jill Doucet) , three grandchildren Chase, Paige and Thomas, also sisters Karen Branch (Frank), Kimberly Targett both of Bathurst, twin brother Doug and Timothy Targett along with 9 nieces and nephews, many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Pallbearers were his buddies William (Billy) Poirier, Raymond (Cash) Gallant, Ferdinand Guitard, Wayne LeFloch, Gregg Clair (nephew) and Ryan Young (nephew).
