Joseph Napoleon "Paul" Hickey

Joseph Napoleon "Paul" Hickey passed away with his family by his side after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimers. Paul died peacefully at the Sherida Villa in Mississauga ON. on March 21, 2013 at the age of 78. Born in Nash Creek, he was the son of the late Napoleon and Mary (Carrier) Hickey.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Marie Pauli (Dave) , son Jim, brothers Earnest, Russell and Andrew, and sisters Rosella Lapointe, Sadie Thomas, Florence Larson and Evelyn Hickey, and his extended family.

He was predeceased by his brothers Percy, Stephen, George, Robert, Hendy and sister Emmaline Hickey.

Paul lived in Collingwood, ON for 44 years and was employed with Harding Carpets as a mechanic for 25 years.

Bridget Kathleen Chambers

Bridget Chambers passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 21, 2013 at the Campbellton Nursing Home.

Bridget was predeceased by her husband Hugh, son Sterling and granddaughter Patricia.

She is survived by three sons, Hank of Port Albernie BC., Bernie of New Mills and Pat of Toronto, also three dauhters, Viola of Moncton, Sarah (Sally) of Campbellton, Esther of Dartmouth NS and one sister June Lanteigne of Atholville.

Evangeline Sarah Firth

The village of Robinsonville was saddened by the death of Evangeline Sarah firth which occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on March 10, 2013 at the ageof 89. She was born on May 7, 1923.

She leaves to mourn her only daughter Bonnie Goodine, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her mother, husband Oswald Mann, her two brothers Calvin and Cyrus Firth.

William O'Blenes

William passed away in Edmundston NB on March 16, 2013.

He was born November 19, 1939 in Campbellton , the son of William and Muriel (Hotton) O'Blenes. He worked for many years with the Canadian National Railways.

Billy is survived by his partner, Patricia Martin, three children, Danny , Cathy and Stephane, five grandchildren, two sisters, Martha, Culton, Edith Hierlihy, two brothers Jack (Florence) George (Beryl) five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Helen.

Shirley Hunter MacDougall

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Hunter MacDougall our beloved mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She passed away peacefully at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on March 20, 2013. Shirley was born on March 31, 1938 to the late Yorston Hunter and Eva Keays.

She is survived by two daughters Darlene (Danny) and Terrie (Victor) , son Kevin, sisters Tina (Bunny) Alberta (Bertie) and Vida, brothers Ellery, Gary and Randy, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by her percious baby boy of four years Thomas Sheldon (Tom Thumb) her sisters Betty and Mona and two brothers Clayton and Russel.

Pallbearers were Carl Anderson, Evan Anderson, Norman Fair, Bonar Law, Lionel Albert and Kevin MacDonald.
