Anne Marie Gallant

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on November 17, 2013 at the age of 69, Mrs. Anne-Marie Gallant of Tide Head and formerly of Jacquet River, wife of Raymond "Cash" Gallant. Born in Bathurst on May 29, 1944 she was the daughter of the late Edward Lapointe and the late Eva (Hickey) Lapointe.

She leaves behind her husband , one brother Kenny (loria) Lapointe of Jacquet River, three sisters Patsy (Claude) Doucet, Joan (Louis) Firlotte also of Jacquet River and Norma Clement of Bathurst. She will also be missed by her step-sons Daniel Gallant , Mark Gallant of Ontario, step-granddaughter Emma and her step-grandson Nicholas of Orangeville, ON.

To all her nieces and nephews she was a great aunt to them, she was always "Antie Re" and also a great grandmother to Emma and Nicholas.

Estelle Baker

Passed away at the Campbellton Reional Hospital on June 24, 2014 at the age of 97, Mrs. Estelle Baker of Atholville, wife of the late Daniel Baker.

She is survived by two daughters Helene (Francis Isaac) and Norma (David Flynn), five sons Daniel Jr. (Josee), Roger (Claudette), Rene (Michelle) Guy (Julia) and Roland. Also survived by her daughter-in-law Francoise Renaud, 16 grandchildren Vicky, Melissa, Amanda, Trish, Kristen, Helene, Daniel Jr., Ann, Tina, Cindy, Rose Marie, Rose Anne, Jonathan, Mathieu, Maxime and Catherine and 14 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind one sister Domithilde and one brother Alexandre.

Predeceased by three children Raymond, Rosemarie, and Alvin as well as several brothers and sisters.

Hector Saucier

Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the Campbellton Village Nursing Home at the age of 88, passed away Mr. Hector Saucier of Campbellton. He was the son of the late Arthur Saucier and late Hectorine Gagné

He will be sadly missed by his friend Rose-Marie Landry, his children: Roger (Geraldine Savoie) of St-Arthur, Rachel (Guy Trottier) of Vaudreuil, Colette (Robert Hache) of Petit-Rocher, Pierre and Margot of Montreal, Cecile (Jean-Marie Bujold) of Cross Point, Carole (Maurice Gallant), Donald (Carole Thibault), Jean-Claude (Mireille Savoie), Johanne all from Campbellton also Daniel of Cochrane Alberta, his 11 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren, Hazel Trépanier mother of his 12 children, 2 brothers : Lionel and Laurent of Mississauga, his sister Estelle of Cornwall.

He was predeceased by his son Richard.

He lived and raised his family in Campbellton. After 37 years of faithful services as an engineer for the National Canadian, he settled in Petite-Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec, this is the place where he saw the beautiful years of his retirement, in a corner of nature which he adored. Hector was recognized for his devotion to work, his sense of humour, his joy of life and his expression "life is beautiful!"

Merl Evard Harris

The death of Mearl E. Harris of Beaver Bank N.S. (formerly of Glencoe) occurred on October 20, 2013 at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax at the age of 75.

Mearl was the son of the late James and Elsie (Gallie) Harris of Glencoe, born on May 20, 1938.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Karen (Farrar) Harris of Elmsdale N.S.; his sisters Elsie (Scott) Firth of Flatlands and June Harris of Barrie, Ont, his brotehr James Harris (deceased on Decembewr 28, 2013 of Campbellton. Also many nieces and nephews Carrie (Fred) Russo of Barrie, Ont., Troy Harris of Beaver Bank N.S., Harry (Darlene) Harris of Lower Sackville, N.S., Randy (Nicole) Harris of Glencoe, Brent and Richard Harris of Toronto, Brenda (Royce) of Mann's Mountain, Scott First Jr, Flatlands, Marlene (Bernie) Firth of Toronto, Shawn (Natasha) Firth, Slave Lake AB.

He was predeceased by nephews Robin Harris, James Harris Jr. and Scott Harris.

Mona Marie Valdron

Peacefully, with her family by her side, on July 5, 2014, Mona Valdron, of London, ON, passed away at the age of 74, just shy of turning 75.

Born in Dalhousie, N.B., she will join her loving predeceased mother & father, sister Doris Albert, brothers George "Doddy" Ouellette & Jean-Guy Ouellette and dear sister-in-law Georgette Ouellette.

She will be sadly missed by her children Rick Valdron (Lyn) of London,, ON, Sherrie Valdron-Penny (Peter) of Komoka, ON, and Krista Krziyzek (Peter) of Mississauga, ON. Kaytlynn, Sarah, Rebecca, Alleandra, Tym & Kyle will also lovingly miss their "Mamere".

Loved by her sisters Evelynn, Suzanne, Elizabeth, Lynda & Diane. Many nephews & nieces will also miss their Aunt Mona.

Raymond "Jack" Landry

Passed away in Dalhousie on July 3, 2014 at the age of 83, Mr. Raymond (Jack) Landry of Dalhousie, husband of Annette Landry.

He leaves to mourn his current wife, Annette (Levesque); his children, Nicole (Louis Bérubé), Deane (Currie Langley), John (Louise Bertin-Landry), Eric (Tanya Winchester); his step children, Billy Levesque and Elaine Levesque-Godin (Jean-Eudes Godin) and his grandchildren, Kysha, Emma, Isabella, Benoit, Isabelle and Julian. He is also survived by his brothers, Edgar and Marc, and his sisters, Aline and Jeannette. Predeceased by his first wife, Georgette (Betty) Fugère; his parents, John and Arthémise (Vienneau) Landry; his brothers, Benoit, Wilfred, Roger and sisters, Thérèse, Jeannine and Yvette.

At the request of the family, there will be no funeral service and no visitations.
