Peacefully at his home in Val d'Amour, on February 9, Joseph Charest, 105, who would have been 106 on March 17. Leaves 3 daughters, Annie, Tillie, and Mrs. Mathias Willett of Val d'Amour, and Oliver in the United states, a sister Mrs. Perron who is 85, of Glencoe; 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
