The Campbellton Graphic Feb 5, 1909 Wharf Public notice is hereby given that James E. Kelly of the town of Campbellton in the County of Restigouche, blacksmith, in pursuance of Chapter 115 or the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1906, has deposited with the Minister of Public Works for Canada and also in the office of the Registrar of Deeds etc., in and for the said County of Restigouche and Province aforesaid, a certain plan and description of a certain wharf and approach thereto to be constructed by him in the Restigouche at the Town of Campbellton aforesaid in the said County of Restigouche and that he will at the expiration of one month from the first publication herefo apply to His Excellency the Governor General in Council for approval thereof.
