This mill looks like it may have been situated by the side of the river. Could it be the Sowerby Mill in Oak Bay, QC., or the Shives Mill in Campbellton? They both sat on the riverfront ? The man with an "X" above his head is Larry Bertin and the photo was given to me by his son Gerry. He does not know where it was taken or who else is in it with his father.
