Clifford Farrer

Cliford Farrer of Upsalquitch passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the age of 85 years, husband of Mrs Hope (mann) Farrer. He was the son of the late Guy Leslie Farrer and late Margaret (Perse) Parker.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Hope, his son Todd (Claudette) of Squaw Cap, his brother Bedford (Mildred) of Ontario. Many nieces, nephews & friends will also miss him.

He was predeceased by his parents; his brothers; Headley, Tommy & Coleburne; his sisters; Sis Firth and Millie Blakey.

Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Turnbull) Le Brun

Elizabeth "Betty" LeBrun passed away at the Veterans Unit of the Campbellton Regional Hospital on March 18, 2011 at the age of 95. Born in Tapi Aike, Argentina on July 13, 1915, daughter of the late Charles Turnbull and the late Charlotte Wells.

At the age of nine, she immigrated to England with her mother and two sisters. She was a W.A.A.C. in the R.A.F. She married Donat in 1943 and came to Canada as a War Bride in 1946; they resided in Campbellton (Brookside) until 1956 and then moved to Atholville. She was a member of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Atholville and a Legion member. Betty enjoyed the simple wonderul things in life especially sunsets and all nature.

She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Peter (Claudette) and Suzan (Bernard) and daughter-in-law Pauline, as well as grandchildren, Claudine, Selena, Ian, Judy and Paul, and great grandchildren Corrine, Deanna, John, Lucas, Samuel and Abigail.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Donat in 1996, son, John in 2002 and daughter-in-law Diane in 2000.

Ronald Vezina

The death of Ronald Vezina of Campbellton and formerly of Dalhousie occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital Wednesday at the age of 68. Born in Dalhousie, he was the son of the late Joseph Vezina and the late Lorette (Hynes)

Ron was a kind caring individual who loved fishing, playing guitar and laughing.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years Theresa (Carrier), sons Robyn (Cindy) of Campbellton, Kevin of Alberta; daughter Tina Bryant of Beeton, On; grandsons Joshua and Dustin Bryant. He is also survived by his sisters Jean Vezina, Irene Valters and Theresa Murray.

Ron was predeceased by his brother Lawrence and twin brother Donald.

Wallace Trites

Wallace Trites, 92 years, died peacefully at his daughter's home in Manitoba on March 10, 2011 surrounded by family.

He was predeceased by his wife Donna nee Mabie and is survived by his two daughters, Jill of Alberta and Wendy and loving son-in-law Luis and their four children of Manitoba.

Wally was born and raised in Campbellton, NB and is survived by a vey small group of his seventeen siblings.

Wally was a World War || veteran and this experience was never forgotten, Wally work for the Quebec North Shore and Labrador Railway Iron Ore Company of Canada in Sept Iles, QC for over 20 years.
