Lorraine Helene LaViolette (Caron)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorraine Helene LaViolette (Caron) on April 18, 2011 at the Hopital de Hull. Surrrounded by her family, she passed away gently and peacefully at the age of 79. She was the beloved wife of Norbert Ernest LaViolette, born in Nash Creek and daughter of the late Arthur Caron anbd Ledeanne Dupuis.
Besides her husband, she leaves a deep imprint in the hearts of all those who loved her; her children Pierre, Christine (Alain Michaud), Denise, Nicole (Lisa Hebert), Monique (James Maddigan) and Marc (Bianca Thibault); her grandchildren, Elaine, Anne Louise and Philippe Michaud, Lorraine and Kaily Maddigan, Mathieu and Simon LaViolette, her brothers and sisters Lucette, Roger, Gilberte, Eliane and Jean; several sisters-in-law; nephews, nieces and other relatives and many friends.
She is reunited in the Lord's peace and love with her sister Suzanne, her half-sisters Yvette and Rita, and her half-brother Maurice.
Lorraine enjoyed a full life of travel adventure, friendship and love. She studied at the Couvent Jesus-Marie in Lameque, and completed commercial studies in Quebec City. She worked at Bell Canada for 10 years before getting married and starting a family. Her travels took her to many corners of the world; she lived for several years in Europe with her husband and children. She was strongly committed to the Scouting movement and was District Secretary in the Quebec City region.
Robert LeBlanc
Passed away at the Dalhousie Paliative Care Unit on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the age of 71, Mr. Robert LeBlanc of Dundee, husband of Mrs. Doreen (Lapointe) LeBlanc. He was the son of the late Blanche McIntyre and late Irené LeBlanc.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Doreen; his daughters; Suzanne (David Arseneault), Julie (Donbald Gallant), Nathalie (Stephane Turpin) and Gaetane (Kevin Taylor); his 13 grandchildren and his great-granddaughter; his brothers; Leon (Noella Belanger) and Albenie (Marcella Diotte); his sisters; Blondine (Gerald Pelletier), Patricia (Norbert Pelletier), Eva and Carmelle (Gerald Lepage) also by many members of the Lapointe's family, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, his sister Dora and his brothers Edgar, Odina and Laurent.
Victoria McIntyre
At the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Saturday April 23rd, 2011 passed away at the age of 91, Victoria McIntyre wife of the late Donat McIntyre.
She leaves to mourn her four children Roger (Mariette) of Bathurst, Paul of Charlo, Lorraine Webb (Norman) of Charlo and Laurette Charron of Dalhousie, six grandchidlren, Michel (Tomoko), Kevin (Lisa), Ryan, Dominique, Karolynn and Marie-Claude, a sister Doris Parent (Gilles) of Montreal and a brother Edouard Desrosiers (Joan) of Dalhousie.
She reunites with her parents Alpheda (Fournier) and Theophile Desrosiers, her sisters Alberta, Antoinette, Alice and Laurette, along with her brothers Alphonse (Antoinette) Donat, and Lucien (Ella).
