Ronny enjoyed country music, get togethers with family and friends on a regular basis, hunting in the fall, ice fishing in the winter and spending much time at his favourite spot, The Camp with his close friends singing Country Roads on the way there in anticipation of fishing for the summer. Although unable to do much on the labour there, seemed to have an invisible white hat as supervisor. He would offer ideas and keep everyone entertained and was well known for his sense of humour. He could be referred to as an Oreo Cookie with a hard exterior and a soft on the inside as he was very sentimental, especially when his grandchildren would come to tell him of an achievement in school or sports. We will remember him as Mr. Fixit as many came needing his help to repair or replace something and basement became known as little Home Hardware. His grandsons will remember papa's workshop and going to help by hammering nails while papa D worked on making his many Tin Men from recycled cans and other crafts while listening to his country music.
