Lillian St Germain
The death of Lillian St. Germain occurred at the Moncton City Hospital Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the age of 101. Born in Jacquet River, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Guitar and the late Catherine Joncas.
She is survived by her daughters Vivian Duguay (Gatineau, QC.) Doreen and Bob Watson (Riverview) Shirley Goupil and Pat (Dalhousie), Betty and Chester Devereaux (Belledune), Diane and Richard Bernard (Lower Coverdale). She is also survived by her 30 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren as well as her sister Doris Elsliger of Belledune.
Lillian was predeceased by her son Ivan Furlotte and grandson Michael Bernard.
Pearl Guitard
The death of Pearl Guitar of Petit Rocher occurred at the Bathurst Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the age of 87. Born in Belledune, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Guitard and the late Rosana (Hachey).
She is survived by her sons; Roland of Dalhousie, Romeo (Doris) of Belledune, Ronie (Jeannie) of Bathurst and Robert (Monique) of Green Point, daughters; Linda Guitard of Petit Rocher and Diane Guitard of St Antoine, eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers; Philippe, Norman, Alvin, Emile, Leander and Walter, as well as her sisters Mary, Claudette and Jeannette.
She was predeceased by her husband Abraham, sons; Roger , Abraham, Omer and twins Jean and Alex, and daughters; Angela, Marcella and Mary Blanche. She was also predeceased by her brothers; Raymond, Maurice and Albert and sisters Alice, Carmeline and Florence.
Pallbearers were Donald, Romeo, Robert, Mark, Alvin and Leander Guitard.
