Alfred Joseph Arseneau
The death of Alfred Joseph Arseneau of the Soldiers Memorial Villa, Campbellton, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on October 28, 2003.
Born in Glencoe on March 24, 1920, he was the son of the late Louis Arseneau and the late Elizabeth Murray. Alfred worked as a grocer.
He is survived by his Daughter Cheryl McEachern of Tide head; son Allan Arseneau of Tide Head, four granddaughters; one great granddaughter; sister Rita (Doc) Berthlot, Isabel Arseneau, Katie (Cletus) Henry and Eva Macnaughton; and one brother Charlie (Margaret).
He was predeceased by his wife Geraldine (nee Mahoney) and his parents Louis and Elizabeth.
The funeral was held on October 30, 2003 from Saint Thomas Aquinas Church in Campbellton with Father Culligan officiating. Interment was in Saint Anthony's Cemetery, Glen Levit.
Gordon Goulette
The death of Gordon Goulette of 304 Goulette Point in Charlo occurred at his residence on October 28, 2003.
Born in Dalhousie on April 16, 1948 he was the son of Raymond Goulette and the late Helen Harquail. Gordon worked as a bricklayer.
He is survived by his father Raymond Goulette of Dalhousie.
He was predeceased by his mother Helen and one sister Barbara Ann Palmeter. The funeral will be held at Saint Jean Baptiste Church in Dalhousie today, November 5, 2003 at 11:00 am. with Father Doiron officiating with interment in the parish cemetery, Dalhousie.
Raymond Bélanger
Raymond Bélanger of Laval Que. Died on October 22, 2003. He was 67, born in Campbellton, son of Viola Faulla and Leofred Bélanger.
He was a food broker. He leaves to mourn his wife Jeannie Paquette, his daughter Rachelle, two sisters Lorraine Normand and Fenella Bourgeois, also nephews, nieces, and friends. He was predeceased by brother Roland Lionel, Rudy and a sister Corine.
