Gary Trites

TRITES, Gary age 56 years old of Eastern Passage passed away March 17, 2005, in Ocean View Manor, after an illness from childhood. Gary was born in Campbellton, N.B to Clifford and Doris (Sherar) Trites, Dartmouth. In addition to his parent he is survived by brother Rick and sister-in-law Karen, Halifax. The family wishes to thank Ocean View Manor Staff for their care and compassion during Gary's stay there. A service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2005, in the chapel at Ocean View Manor (1909 Caldwell Road), Eastern Passage with Rev. Mr. Brian Smith officiating. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gary's memory to Ocean View Manor ( C) unit Fund or a charity of choice. Mary Geraldine (Cline) Pettigrew

The death of Mary Geraldine (Cline) Pettigrew of New Mills, N.B., occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on March 25, 2005, at the age of 75.

Born in Benjamin River, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Murray Silas Cline and the late Mary Stella Murchie. She was a member of the C.W.L. and choir member of Our Lady of the Visitation Church.

Surviving her is her husband Ellis (Bob) Pettigrew of New Mills, N.B., daughters Maxine (Alex) Craig of Sea Side, N.B. and Ellison Dawn (Michel) Aube of Rothesay, N.B.; son Dale (Myrna) Pettigrew of Sea Side, N.B; sister Daisy (Earl) Walker of Black Point, N.B; brother Murray (Patricia) Cline of Dalhousie, N.B.; grandchildren Jesse and Chelsa Pettigrew and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held from Our Lady of the Visitation Church in New Mills on March 28, 2005, officiated by Rev. Lionel Comeau, with interment in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Alex Craig, Bradley Cline, Tyson Guitard, Michel Aube Chris Cline and Nathan Cline. Honourary pallbearers were the C.W.L and the church choir. Funeral arrangements were placed in the care on Maher's Funeral Home, Dalhousie.

Norman W. Arseneault
1930-2005

Norman Arseneault, 74, of Dalhousie, N.B., passed away on March 23 at St.Joseph Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Born in Dalhousie, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Rose Arseneault. Norman was very active in his community, volunteering his time through youth, church, sports, city council and hospital .He received "citizen of the years" 1989 for his dedication toward his fellow citizens.

Norman will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 51 years, Rena (White), daughters: Monique and Claudia of Montreal, Andréa of Moncton, Lise of Halifax; sons: Raynald and Claude of Montreal, and Louis of Tracadie. His cherished fifteen grandchildren: Vanessa, Adamo , Nicolas, Mélanie, Malinka, Lisa, Phillip, Pierre, Isabelle, Alexandre, Alexandra, Maude, Cloé, Patrick and Julie-Pier. His great- grandchildren: Karim and Aliyah; his sisters: Jeanette (Chiasson), Rita (O'Brian), Hélène (Roy), and Réginald.

He rested at Maher's Funeral Home with visitation on Saturday March 26 and Sunday March 27. The funeral service was held at "l'Église St.Jean Baptiste" in Dalhousie on March 28, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations would be greatly appreciated for the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of Flowers. Funeral arrangements were placed in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Dalhousie.

Marcel Wilmot
1945-2005

Surrounded by his loved ones, at his home in Quebec City, Marcel Wilmot passed away in peace and serenity on March 11, 2005, at the age of 59 years 10 months. He was the son of the late Mr. Clair Wilmot and Mrs. Florine Boudreau.

He survived by his wife Mrs. Diane Légaré, his two daughters Janet and Tracy, his wife's two children Francois and Marylène Vezina, his brother Jim (Jeannine) his two sisters Martine (Jean-Paul Vallières) and Ruby (Greg Allan) and also by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.

The funeral will be held on April 2, at 3:00 p.m. Qc. at Ste-Hélène Church in Pointe-à-la-Croix. The family will receive condolences one hour before the service at the church. Marks of sympathy can expressed by a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.
