Charles Doyle

The death of Charles Doyle of 30545 route 134 McLeods, New Brunswick, occurred on the Veterans Ward of the Campbellton Regional Hospital on April 2nd 2004, at the age of 87

Born in Jacquet River, on February 18th 1917, he was the son of the late Alex Doyle and the late Mary Daigle

He was employed as a Maintenance Supervisor for the Provincial Hospital for 22 years, a member of the golf club for many years, as well as member of the Canadian Army from 1939 to 1945 stationed in Canada, the U.K. and Central Mediterranean areas

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Margaret (Gordon) Hachey of Campbellton, brother Victor of Willowdale Ontario, sisters Frances Doyle and Patsy Wellman both of McLeods N.B. as well as 17 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Marie Arseneau, five brothers and one sister.

Dora Durette

The death of Dora Durette occurred on April 20th 2004 at the Lasalle General Hospital, Québec at the age of 77.

Born in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand Durette and the late Agnes Winnifred Beaudin.

She is survived by her brother Danny (Linda Durette), sisters Gertie (Frank Tiffault) of Ontario, sister Rose (Leo Bujold), sister Stella (late Roland LeBlanc) and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, step-mother Lenore, brothers John, Jimmy, Edward, Stanley, sisters Agnes, Lila and Rita.

Steve Macdonald

The death of Steve (Stephen Thomas) MacDonald of Dalhousie Junction occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on April 3rd 2004 at the age of 85

Born in Bass River New Brunswick on April 16th 1918, he was the son of the late Thomas MacDonald and the late Mary Ward. He was retired from the Dalhousie Mill, a member of the legion, Masonic Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star. He was also a veteran of WWII

He will be sadly missed by his daughters Bonnie MacDonald of Tarantino, Dawn Breau (MacDonald) and Cindy Maltais all from Dalhousie Junction, son Bill MacDonald of Campbellton, brothers Herman (Bud) MacDonald of Moncton, Cecil MacDonald of Darthmouth N.S., Harold (Hallie) MacDonald of Dartmouth, N.S., grandchildrenMarc, Diana, Sara, Nicholas, Katie, Katrina, Gillian and Jordan, great-grandchildren Celina and Brianna, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by ho wife Dorothy (Dottie) Button, son Ron (S.C.R.) macDonald, sisters Kaye, Annie, and Iva, brothers Raymond, Roddy and Bob and grandson Aaron.

Kennedy Ann Corrigan

The death of Kennedy Ann Corrigan of Blissville, N.B. occurred at the I.W.K. Hospital in Halifax, N.S., on April 9th 2004 at the age of 2 years.

Born in Campbellton on March 29th 2002, she was the daughter of Connie Ann Corrigan.

She will be sadly missed by her mother Connie, grandmother Paula (St. Onge) Corrigan of Dalhousie, paternal grandfather Allan (Nicole) Corrigan of Campbellton, great grandmother Greta Corrigan of Charlo, six aunts, five uncles, twenty-five cousins, step-aunt Krystal and step-uncle Charles of Campbellton

She was predeceased by her great grandparents Paul and Kathryn St. Onge and paternal great grandfather Cecil Corrigan.
