Eva McNaughton
1930 - 2006

At the Campbellton Regional Hospital, passed away May 28th, 2006 at the age of 76, Mrs. Eva McNaughton of Tide Head, wife of the late Harry McNaughton. Born in Glencoe on March 09, 1930, she is the daughter of the late Joseph Arseneault and the late Elizabeth Murray.

She is survived by her son: Raymond (Monette) McNaughton, Tide Head; sisters: Kathie (Cletus) Henry, Dalhousie, Isabel Arseneault; brother: Charles Arseneault; by 3 grandchildren: Kevin, Michael, Melissa and by one great grandchild: Brook.

The funeral was held from St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Campbellton on Wednesday, May 31st at 11am. Father Arseneau officiating.

Interment in the Glen Levit parish cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.

Wilfred "BeBoy" Arseneault
1935 - 2006

On May 27, 2006, passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 70, Mr. Wilfred Arseneault of Atholville, husband of Mrs. Maria Arseneault (born Doucet).

Born in Atholville on June 06, 1935, he is the son of the late Sylvain Arseneault and the late Lilliane Brown.

He leaves to mourn his wife: Maria, Atholville; his daughters: Carol (Richard) Arseneault, Pointe ŕ la Croix, Lisa (Guy) Arseneault, Pointe ŕ la Croix, Anne (Etienne) Arseneault, Listuguj; his son: René (Mona), Listuguj ; 3 sisters : Rose Marie (Rosey) Frenette, Campbellton, Irčne (Doug) Hachey, Atholville, Jeannine LeBlanc, Campbellton; 3 brothers: Ivan, Pointe ŕ la Croix, Clifford, Campbellton, Noel, London, ON and also survived by his grandchildren: André-Philippe, Marie-Karine, Denis-Michel, Marc-André, Alexandra, Natacha et Letecia.

He is predeceased by one son: Denis and by two sisters: Isabelle and Mildred. The funeral mass was held from Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Atholville, on Monday May 29 at 4pm. Father Morrison officiating. Interment in Our Lady of Lourdes parish cemetery, Tide Head.

Funeral arrangements were in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.

McKiel, Isabel (Nee Farrar)

Isabel McKiel passed away at the Village Nursing Home, Campbellton, on Monday, May 22nd, 2006, in her 95th year.

Isabel was born in Atholville, the Daughter of Melvina (Myles) Farrar and Isaac Farrar, and was the last member of her family. She was the wife of the late Francis H. (Frank) McKiel, and they were longtime residents of Tide Head.

An Active member of St. Andrew's United Church, Tide Head, Isabel served on the Committee of Stewards and the Session. Also active in United Church Women, Isabel could be found over many years working at Church suppers and other fund-raising activities.

Mrs. McKiel is survived by her daughters Alice (John) Barberie, Dalhousie, and Marina Palumbo, Golden, B.C.; and son Lauren (Phyllis) of Yellowknife, together with ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

The funeral was held from Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton, on May 29th, with interment in the Campbellton Rural Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.
