Alice (Harris) MacCallum
January 14, 1924 to March 11. 2006

With sadness and love the MacCallum family announces the passing of Alice Edith MacCallum, formally of 30 Aberdeen Street, at the Village Nursing Home on March 11, 2006.

Born in Campbellton Alice was the daughter of the late Robert J. Harris (Bob) and Elizabeth Smith (Bessie). Alice was a Second World War veteran and served in Saint John.

She had been an active member of both the Branch #19 Royal Canadian Legion and the Ladies Auxiliary. Alice was predeceased by husband Neil, son Billy, brothers Doug and Don and long time companion Jim Legacy. Alice will be sadly missed by her children Neil (Robbie), Lynn Doucet (Garry), Colleen, Robin, and Pat (Sandy); grandchildren Jeremiah and Tara Doucet, Kennie and Jamie MacCallum, Billy, Scot and Dale MacCallum; sisters Dot Berthelot, Betty Priestly of Toronto and Vera Wood of Campbellton, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A small memorial service will be held at the Campbellton Legion Branch #19 at 11 AM, July 3rd, 2006. In memory of Alice, donations can be made can be made to the Heart and Stroke fund or to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher's Funeral Home.

Carl Winston McBride

McBride- at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Campbellton, N.B., Friday, June 23, 2006. Carl Winston McBride, formerly of St. Stephen, N.B. Son of the late Sylvester and Eva (Allen) McBride of St. Stephen, N.B.

Survived by his wife, Marie (Saunders) McBride, one daughter, Shelley McBride (John MacDonald) Campbellton, NB. one son, Allan McBride, Petawawa, Ont., grandchildren, Andrew and Catherine Montgomery, one brother, David McBride (Betty) St. Stephen, NB, two sisters, Marion Sinclair and Marjorie Holmes of Ont., several nieces and nephews.

Resting the S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB, (506-466-1844) from where funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 27, 2006 at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Dr. Garth Williams officiating.

Visiting at the funeral home on Monday June 26, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

Interment St. Stephen Rural Cemetery.

Eveline Roy

Of Campbellton, occurred at the Campbellton Nursing Home on Friday, June 16th at the age of 77. Born in Richardsville on November 5, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Marie-Jeanne Benwell and the late Arthur Bourdage.

She is survived by her daughters, Marie-Jeanne (Jim) of BC, Irene (Reggie) Comeau of Campbellton, Yvette Roy of Charlo, Paulette (Jacques) Levesque of St-Jacques, NB and Dorine (Emile) Robichaud of Pointe-a-la-Croix; her sons, Roger (Linda), Maurice, Reginald (Diane) all of Campbellton; her sisters, Irčne Bourdage (Roger Poirier) of Caplan, QC, Mona Bourdage (Roland Descheneaux) of Montreal and Lina Bourdage of Caplan, QC; her brothers, Kenneth Bourdage of Caplan, QC and Johnny Bourdage (Opal) also of Caplan, QC. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass was held from the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Campbellton on June 19, 2006 at 11a.m with Father William Arseneau officiating. Pallbearers were members of the Parish Guard of Our Lady of Snows Church. Interment in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Arrangements in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton
