Alphonse "TiPit" Aubé
1928 - 2006

At the Campbellton Regional Hospital on June 28, 2006, passed away at the age of 77, Mr. Alphonse Aubé, residing at 54 Dover St. Campbellton. Born in Beresford, NB on September 16th, 1928, he is the son of the late Hector Aubé (1975) and the late Cecile Boudreau (1992).

Having been an NB Tel linesman for 37 years, he also devoted his time by taking part in many different clubs, organizations and other interest: NB Tel pioneers, Campbellton Curling Club, hunting, fishing, playing cards to name a few and also enjoyed spending time at the cottage with family and friends. He is survived by his wife: Veronica Aubé, Campbellton; his daughters: Myrna Wong (David), Linda Aubé-Gallant (Leo), Marilyn Pollock (Hartley), Sheila Goodfellow (Scott), Nicole Aubé (Michael Boudreau); his sons: Claude Aubé (Johanne), Dennis Aubé (Kim); his sisters: Vivian Myers, Grace Baker, Helene Berubé, Pauline Guité, Marie Berubé; brothers: Alyre Aubé, Bernard Aubé, John Aubé; grandchildren: Tara Wong, Jeffrey Wong, Tanya Aubé, Vanessa Aubé, Jason Pollock, Matthew Pollock, Andrew Pollock, Miranda Goodfellow, Brandon Goodfellow, Madison Aubé, Daniel Boudreau; great-grandchild: Maddix Popowich-Pollock and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one daughter Margaret Ann Aubé.

Funeral mass was held from St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Campbellton on July 3rd, 2006 at 11am. Father Bill Arseneault. Honorary pallbearers were : Clovis Hébert, Austin Dobson, Betty Dionne, Robert Landry, Réal Belisle and Pierre Simoneau. Interment in the St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Cemetery.

GORDON MALCOLM DICKIE
March 27th, 1953 - June 27th, 2006

Gordon M. Dickie quietly and peacefully passed away after a brief and courageous battle with cancer in Brampton, Ontario on Tuesday June 27th. Gordon was surrounded by his loving daughter Shonna and other friends & family.

Gordon was predeceased by his father Stewart Dickie and mother Catherine Dickie (Wade) of Campbellton, New Brunswick. He is survived by his daughters Shonna Young & granddaughter Shelby Furlong of Woodstock & Samara-Lynn Dickie of Brampton, his brother Robert of Petitcodiac, and sisters Marjorie (Arthur) Douthwright of Petitcodiac, Faye (Gerald) Thomas of Moncton and Irene Wagneiss of Minto.

Gordon's laughing eyes & beautiful smile will be sadly missed by his many friends, family & acquaintances.

You are welcome to join Gordon's friends & family who will be holding a short service at the Baptist Cemetery in Campbellton, NB on Saturday, July 8th at 2pm.

Simon Daigle

The death of Simon Daigle of Benjamin River, husband of Carol Ann (Mealey) occurred Sunday, June 25th at Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 56. Born in Jacquet River, the son of Henry Daigle and Florence (Ellis).

He is survived by his wife Carol Ann, son Kenny of Moncton, 1 grandchild Christopher, sister Anne Marie Herring(Bob) of Ontario and brother Raymond (Lorrianne) of Jacquet River.

His funeral was held from Our Lady of Visitation Church, Benjamin River, Thursday, June 29, 2006 officiated by Father William Arseneault with burial in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Rejean Pitre, Daniel Guitard, Romeo Guitard, Marcel Doucet, Gaston Lagace, and Levi Lagace.

Funeral arrangements were in the care of MacMillan's Funeral Home Black Point.
