Rutherford, Inez (Hume)
Passed away peacefully in her ninety-ninth year on July 28, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Don Rutherford, devoted mother to Janice (Vic Bush), wonderful grandmother to Allyson (Alain Bussieres) and Paula (Christian Theriault). The family would like to thank the staff of the 4th floor Bayview Center, Pointe-Claire for the dignified care provided. A private funeral was held at Rideau Funeral Home, 514-685-3344. Irene Florence Forster
1925 - 2006
Irene Florence Forster of Campbellton passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Friday, August 11th, 2006. Born in Newcastle on August 3rd, 1925, she is the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian (Whitehouse) Irving.
She is survived by her husband: Vernon "Skip"; two sons: Brian (Janice) Forster, Campbellton, Bruce (Rachael), Moncton; two sisters: Roberta Desmond, Ridgetown, ON, Gladys (Bert) Reitter, Toronto, ON; four grandchildren: Sasha, Shonda, Kyle, Kris and by two great grandchildren: Rebecca and Jaden.
The funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton with a private family service during the interment at Campbellton Rural Cemetery.
For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to the New Brunswick Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
Johnston - Marjorie "Pat"
Pat Johnston passed away peacefully on August 10th, 2006 at the age of 80 years. Pat is survived by her loving children, Richard (Mary-Ann), David (Kathy), and Heather (Marzio) Isotti, and grandchildren; Richard, Becky, Tricia, Jennifer, Mark, and Kimberly, and two great-grandchildren. Pat was predeceased in 1988 by Alan, her loving husband of 35 years. She grew up in Campbellton, NB; the youngest of 9 children. Pat earned her RN in Montreal and worked as a stewardess for Trans Canada Airlines for several years. Together with Alan, they spent many enjoyable years in Montreal, Winnipeg, and London, England before moving to Victoria where they retired. A Celebration of Pat's life was held at First Memorial Funeral Services, 240 - 17th Avenue S.W. on Tuesday August 15th, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Lulu Helen Mann
1911 - 2006
On August 03, 2006, passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 95, Mrs. Lulu Helen Mann, of 48 Restigouche Dr., Tide Head, wife of Mr. George Mann. Born in Glen Levit on May 15th, 1911, she is the daughter of the late Isaiah Kierstead and the late Margaret Bain. Mrs. Mann had been employed by Canada Post as a post mistress for 26 years. Her main passions were: cooking, sewing, knitting and visiting friends and relatives. She is survived by her husband: George, Tide Head; her daughters: Shirley (Ernie) Savoie, Tide Head, Alice Mann, Tide Head, Valerie (Walter) Mann, Campbellton, Marilyn (David) Boudreau, Robinsonville; her sons: Garfield (Elaine) Mann, Moncton, Blaine (Judy) Mann, Upsalquitch; 16 grand children, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and by 30 nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by 9 nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held from Maher's Funeral Chapel, Campbellton on Monday, August 07th at 2pm. Officiated by Wendell Gregan "LPM". Interment in the Flatlands Community cemetery. Pallbearers were Brad Mann, Kevin Savoie, Matthew Boudreau, Ricky Mann, Ronnie Kierstead and Roger Mann. Honorary Pallbearers were Ernie Savoie, Junior Mann, Greg Savoie, Brent Mann, Scott Mann and Cory Boudreau. Arrangements in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.
Mary Miller Lyons
Mary Miller Lyons of Matheson St. Campbellton, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the age of 54. Born in Dalhousie on May 31, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Miller and the late Verna (MacKenzie) Miller of Dalhousie Junction.
She is survived by her husband, Vaughn; her son, Kirby Menzies of Dalhousie Junction; her sisters, Cheryl Miller of Dalhousie Junction and Mary-Ellen (George) Dakos of Oromocto and her brothers, Ian (Rosella) of Moncton and Doug (Carol) of BlackPoint. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents.
Funeral services were held from the Maher's Funeral Chapel, Campbellton, on July 25, at 2 p.m, with Rev. Roland Hutchinson officiating. Pallbearers were Lee Homer, Ken Homer, Rickey Miller, Jason Miller, Murray Renouf and Mike Menzies Honorary pallbearers were Colleen MacGarvie, Sharon Gilker, Nora MacLean Holly Burridge, Lois Mann, Cora Renouf and Phyllis Miller. Arrangements in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Campbellton.
