John Allan McBrearty
John Allan McBrearty, 86, died September 19, 2010 in Brenton, Yarmouth County. Born in Quebec in 1924, he was the son of the late Francis William and Celina (Pichette) McBrearty.
The family moved to Campbellton, when he was very young. In 1942, at the age of seventeen, he joined the Royal Canadian Navy. He served overseas during World War2. In 1947, he married Mary Louise Pitman of Yarmouth. They created a home there. In 1948, he received an honouvable discharge from the Navy and began work with his father-in-law, learning the trade of butcher. He was employed for some time at Milton Grocery, Yarmouth. In 1958, upon further education and written examinations, he obtained employment with Traders's Finance Company limited - Halifax Branch. He held positions with the company in Yarmouth, Sydney, and in Charlottetown, P.E.I. retiring as manager of the Yarmouth Branch in 1985. Thereafter, he worked part-time at the law firm of Fraser, Pink and Nickerson searching title deeds. Predeceased in 1994 by his wife Mary-Lou, he married Constance Margaret (Target) Ahier in 1996. They lived in Campbellton NB and Sarasota, Florida.
He is survived by his second spouse, Connie; sister, Gemma; brother, Elmer; daughters, Cheryl (Martin) Pink; Carolyn (Christoper) Walker; grandchildren, Sarah (Stephen) Cullen; Erin and Alexander Pink; Emily, Brent and Ian Walker; great grand-daughter, Leah; many nieces, nephews and stepchildren, Lionel and Arthur Ahier; Suzanne Kennedy and Rachel Irving.
He was predeceased by brothers, Joseph and Reynald; sisters, Anita and Magella.
He was an adherent of Beacon United Church, Yarmouth, an active, founding, member of the Yarmouth Chapter Kiwanis Canada and a life member of Toastmaster's International, Keenly interested in competitive sport, especially baseball, hockey, curling and golf, he offered his talents in coaching. In 1978, he became a Nova Scotia team member representing the province at the National Brier Curling Championships in Regina, Saskatchewan. He will be sadly missed by those whose lives he touched.

Sylvio Lagace
At the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Friday, October 1, 2010 at the age of 76 have passed away Mr. Sylvio Lagace of Dalhousie Jct., and formerly of Atholville, husband of Rose (Chamberlain) Lagace.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Rose ; his children: Raymond of Calgary, Gilles (Joyce) of Atholville, Roger of Oakbay, Joanne Beaulieu (Ricky) of Tide Head, Arthur (Ruby) of Dalhousie Jct., and Marc (Stephanie) of Atholville; his six grandchildren: Danica, Melissa, Tanya, Christopher, Kevin and Emilia: his sisters: Rolande, Rita (Alcide), Adrienne and Dorilda; his brothers; Lucien (Fernande), Henri (Lise), Alban and Lorenzo (Yvonne) also by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents; Emile Lagace and Edna Francoeur; his brothers Adrien and Paul.
A donation to the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
Wilfred Ouellette
Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on September 29, 2010 at the age of 78. Mr Wilfred Ouellette of Campbellton. Born in Pointe-a-la-Croix, QC on December 1, 1931, he was the son of the late Joseph Paul Ouellette and the late Mary Theresa Boudreau.
He leaves to mourn his wife Janet Ouellette, his children Donna (Gerry) Vancouver, Paul (Brenda) Texas, Michael (Karen) Montreal, Nathalie Ouellette Montreal and Vicky (Elliott) Montreal, brothers Art, Johnny and Andrew, also survived by his seven grandchildren.
Predeceased by five brothers and sisters.
Funeral was held from St Thomas Aquinas Church Campbellton on Saturday October 2.
Roslyn Boudreau
It is with great sadness that the family of Roslyn Dawn Boudreau announce her unexpected death, which occurred on September 25, 2010 in Saint John. Born in Glencoe NB October 1947 to the late Hillson and Inez (Bowran) Boudreau.
Roslyn is survived by her daughter Joelynne Johnson (Scott MacMillan) of Alberta; two brothers Robert of Toronto, ON and Marvin (Ruth) of Glencoe NB; sisters Clara Johnson of Fort McMurray, AB, Connie Boudreau of Pierrefonds QC and Mildred McNulty (Donald) of Moncton, NB; three grandchildren Griffin, Hunter and Maggie; several nieces and nephews and friends.
Besides her parents , Roslyn was predeceased by three brothers Daniel, Wallace, Boyd and one sister Greata Smith. Roslyn was an advocate for children.
By request there will be no visitation. A private family graveside will be held at Flatlands Cemetery. Flatlands NB at a later date. Donations in Roslyn's memory can be made to the Children's Wish Foundation, Saint John Animal Rescue League or to the charity of donor's choice.
Words can not express how much she will be missed, she will be forever in our hearts and memories god bless.
