Jeanne Leblanc

Jeanne LeBlanc, age 86, of 578 Montgomery St. Dalhousie, passed away Monday evening, August 28, while at the Campbellton Regional Hospital.

Born October 25, 1919 in Carleton, QC she was the daughter of Louis Allard and Esther Landry.

Jeanne is survived by her 5 children: Micheline (André) McLeod of Saint Calixte, QC, Jean-Guy (Nancy) of Balmoral, Louise (Isaac) of Blackland, Michel (Agatha) of Cameron, ON and Pierrette (Renauld) of Dalhousie, 13 Grand children and 7 great grand children. Jeanne is predeceased by her brother Gérard Allard.

She was the last survivor of her immediate family.

The funeral mass was held from St. Bosco Church, on September 1st at 11:00am. Father Bill Arseneault officiating. Funeral arrangements were in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Dalhousie.

MacLean, Jean M.

MacLean, Jean M. of Windsor Court, Fredericton passed away on Saturday, August 26th, 2006 after some months of enduring cancer first diagnosed mid June of this year. She was born July 22nd, 1922 in Minnedosa, Manitoba to the late Charles R. and Isabel M. V. (McRae) Macey.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald W. MacLean on June 7th, 2006, and also by six brothers and by five sisters over the years: H. Percy Macey of Ridgeway, ON, Isabel V. McIntyre of Edmonton, AB, Reginald Macey of Minnedosa, MB, Herbert M. Macey of New York City, NY, Elizabeth Macey of Minnedosa, MB, A. Ruth Macey of Brandon, MB, Joseph S. Macey of Vancouver, BC, Alice M. Lean of North Battleford, SK, Charles E. Macey of Indianapolis, Indiana, Clifford N. Macey of Winnipeg, MB and Noreen E. Burnside of Minnedosa, MB.

She is survived by one sister, Joy V. Nixon of Nanaimo, BC; by her only son, Neil C. M. MacLean and his wife Julie A. MacLean of Saint John, NB; by her only grandson, I. Matthew MacLean of Toronto, ON; by her only granddaughter, K. Alexa Gauthier and her husband Robert Gauthier of Saint John, NB; and by her only great-grandson, Cole Gauthier of Saint John, NB.

She married Donald W. MacLean of Black Point, Restigouche County, NB on August 5th, 1945. She dedicated her considerable gifts and abilities to her family and supporting her husband's career. She was loyal and loving of her family; a courageous, honest and generous person.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2006 at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 15th, 2006 at 2:00 pm from Zion United Church, New Mills, NB. Burial will be in the New Mills Cemetery beside her husband. Marie-Rose Nadeau

Mrs. Marie-Rose Nadeau , wife of the late Felix Nadeau, passed away on August 28th at the age of 95 years. She leaves to mourn her daughter Anne (Gerald Mallet) , her brother Roger Bertin , her two grand-daughters Sylvie and Carolyne Mallet as well as four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive condolences at the St John Baptist catholic church at 340 church lane, Dalhousie from 10:30 a.m. on Saturday september 9th followed by a memorial mass at 11:00 a.m.

Instead of flowers please offer a mass or make a donation to the charity of your choice.

Sincere thanks to the staff of the Dalhousie Nursing Home where she spent her last years.
