The death of Emma Jane Hamilton, wife of the late Russell A. Hamilton, resident of the Campbellton Regional Hospital on October 10, 2004, at the age of 88.

Born in Loggieville, NB on March 4, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Thomas G. L. Johnston and the late Julia Duguay.

She is survived by her son Bev (Judy) Johnston of Campbellton: sister Helen Ferris of the Campbellton Nursing Home; grandchildren Victor (Cindy) Abele of Ottawa, Ont., Dave (Wendy) Ray of Toronto, Ont., Shelley Johnston of Toronto, Ont., and Jean Paul (Kilby) Perron of Campbellton; great grandchildren Jeremy, Aaron and Chelsea Abele, Alexander and Joshua Perron, William, Samuel and Isaac Johnston, Kyle and Tyler Ray.

She was predeceased by her husband Russell A. Hamilton and her parents Thomas and Julia.

Jeannette Meister

The death of Jeannette Meister, wife of the late Kenneth Meister, resident of 6 Aucoin Street, Campbellton, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on October 15, 2004.

Born in Campbellton on October 15, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Alma Ouellette.

She is survived by her dear friend Gordon Fugere; daughters Barbara (Greg ) Peck and Peggy (Paul) Leblanc both of Saint John, N.B. ; Sons Henry (Cheryl) Meister of Petawawa, Ontario, Ivan Meister of Campbellton and Gordon Meister of Espanola, Ontario; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth; sister Albina LeBland; brother Lionel Bernatchez.

Marie Therese Turgeon

The death of Marie Therese Turgeon of 24 Mountain Road, Campbellton occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on October 11, 2004.

Born in Richardsville, on September 11, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas Duguay and the late Leontine Larocque.

She is survived by her husband Maurice Turgeon; daughters Claudette (Curtis) Swanson of Pentinton, BC., Barbara-Ann Luffman of Fredericton Junction and Suzanne Hopkins of Fredericon; sons Jean Claude Turgeon of Fredericton Junction, Charles Turgeon of Fredericton and Roger Turgeon of Fredericton Junction; sisters Rose-Anna Lavallee of Dalhousie and Adeline Durette of Campbellton; brother Omer Duguay of Dalhousie.

Mary Jane Hickey

The death of Mary Jane Hickey of Lorne, occurred suddenly at her residence on October 11, 2004, at the age of 79.

Born in Lorne, she was the daughter of Frank Godin and Estelle Carrier.

She is survived by her sons; Allard of Lorne, Marc (Rachael) of Petit Rocher and Derrick (Raymah) of Fredericton; 4 grandchildren; brother Adelard; sisters Anita Lapointe, Melvina Carrier and Cecilia Carrier.

She was predeceased by her husband Edmond; son Gerald; brothers Oswald, Vincent and Alexander; sisters Amanda and Eva.

Myrna Letitia (nee Curtis) Miller

The death of Myrna Letitia (nee Curtis) Miller of Campbellton occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on October 12, 2004 at the age of 87.

Born in Kedgwick, NB, on February 16, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Curtis and the late Letitia Sullivan.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Lorna (Thomas) Delong of Woodstock, N.B.; son John (Patricia) Miller of Fredericton; sister Della Hachey Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario; nephew Wayne (Ivy) Curtis and family from Campbellton ; two grandchildren Stephen (Maria) Miller of New Market , Ontario and Bradley (Mary) Miller of Sealcove, Newfoundland-Labador.
