Betty June Butland

The death of Betty June Butland of 16 Duncan street, Campbellton, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on December 19, 2004.

Born in Campbellton on July 4, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Charles Herbert Butland and the late Janie Cahill. Betty worked as a warehouse supervisor.

She is survived by her sister Marion Cole of Campbellton; brother John Douglas Butland of Campbellton.

Blanche Garrett

The death of Blanche Garrett of 26 Queen St, Campbellton occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on December 17, 2004.

Born in Campbellton on February 29, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Harry Boudreau and the late Eva Tardif.

She is survived by her husband Wilson Garrett; sisters Therese (Jean) Roussy of Campbellton and Rise Marie (Earl) Doucet of Campbellton; brother Art (Lillian) Boudreau of Campbellton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Elva Gertrude (Babcock) Mann

The death of Elva Gertrude (Babcock) Mann, resident of the Village Nursing Home and formerly of Mann's Mountain, occurred at the nursing home on December 17, 2004.

Born in Runnymede, Quebec, on June 9, 19013, she was the daughter of the late Robert Babcock and the late Lottie Fraser. She was a member of the Ladies Orange Benevolent Association, blood donor and active in the W.I.

She will be sadly missed by her daughters Mary of Listuguj, Quebec, Arlene (Bill) of Toronto, ON, and Donnalee (Dallas) of Taymouth, NB; sons Bev Mann of Mann's Mountain and Walter (Faye) of Moncton; sisters Wanda Murray of Glencoe and Aulder McLeilan of Michigan; brother Gordon of Illinois. She is also survived by her grandchildren Wendy Lee (Gary) of Toronto, ON, Angela of Toronto, Kevin (Lisa) of Moncton, Heidi of Fredericton and Saul of Taymouth.

She was predeceased by her husband Eursal, son Henry and daughter Gail.

Lydia Hickey

The death of Lydia Hickey, wife of Hector Hickey of Dalhousie, occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital in Dalhousie on December 17, 2004.

Born in Balmoral on April 25, 1926, she was the daughter of the late James Laliberté and the late Malvina Savoie.

She is survived by her husband Hector; children Jeanette (Herby) Charest of Balmoral, Dorothy LePage of Moncton, Clarence (Rolande) Hickey of Dalhousie, Herby (Huguette) Hickey of Dalhousie and Erwin Hickey of Moncton; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Alma Lamontagne of Campbellton, brothers Adrien Laliberté, Albert Laliberté both of Balmoral and Donat Laliberté of Dalhousie, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Francois Hickey of Dalhousie.

Terence Crandell Boyce

Suddenly at Hotel-Dieu de Levis in Quebec on December 16, 2004, at the age of 64, the sole child of Lottie Boyce. Terry lived and worked in Quebec and Ontario and retired in Point -La-Nim, New Brunswick. He leaves behind his wife Elsie Duncan. He will be sadly missed by his children Dawn, David, Audra (Mike) and his grandchildren Mark, Michael (Angel), Kyle Eva, Mae and great-grandson Jadon. He'll be remembered by his many sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Cremation took place in |Levis, Quebec. A memorial service will be held in Flatlands, New Brunswick summer 2005.
