Mathilda (Mary) LeBlanc
Leblanc, Mathilda (Mary)- On Monday January 26th, 2004 Mathilda passed away suddenly at her home at the age of 55.
Loving wife of the late Gordon (1999). Loving mother of Bruno (Jennifer) of Niagara Falls, Wayne (Melissa) of Niagara Falls, John (Bill Johnston) of Peterborough, Gordon (Angel), of St. Catherines, Denis of Red Deer, Alberta and the late Michael.
Special grandma of Jocelyn and Makayla and she will also be sadly missed by 11 other special grandchildren. Mathilda is survived by her mother Doreen Lagace (the late Leonard) of Campbellton. She will also be sadly missed by eight brothers and six sisters. She was predeceased by her brother Roger. Mathilda also touched the lives of her best friends Barbara Sacco and close friend of the family Justin Laviolette.
Charles Frederick Johnson
Charles Frederick Johnson passed away peacefully on January 14 at his home in Thompson, Manitoba at the age of 41 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is the son of the late Clement Johnson and Clemence Doucet.
His is survived by his mother, Clemence Doucet Perron, his stepfather, Roger Perron, two sisters, Diane Johnson and Danie Johnson (Martin Barry), and his nephew, Normand Nelson.
Raymond Haid Shalala
The death of Raymond Haid Shalala of Moncton occurred at the Moncton Hospital on Sunday, February 8, 2004. He was 55.
Born in Campbellton, son of the late Frederick George and Irene Elizabeth (Arseneau) Shalala Sr., he was a graduate of Campbellton Composite High School and earned a bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Philosophy) from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1978, a Bachelor of education from St. Thomas University in 1979 and a Bachelor of laws from the University of New Brunswick in 1984.
He was called to the New Brunswick bar August 24, 1984. he was an entrepreneur and businessman, a cherished son, a devoted husband and father, and a loyal brother and friend.
Raymond is survived by two sons; Casey and Zachery, both of Moncton, and their mother Lise (Parent); by 5 brothers, Rick (Lorena) of Shediac, Bill (Marlene), Mike and Allan of Campbellton, Jim (Susan) of Moncton; by two sisters, Susan D'Aoust (Milton) of Jemseq; and by a number of nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers Jerry (1975) and Stephan (1997).

The death of Muriel Viola Good Arseneault, wife of the late Aurele Arseneault, occurred on Tuesday, February 03, 2004, at her residence in Dalhousie Junction at the age of 80.

She was born in Dalhousie Junction September 22, 1923, and was the daughter of the late Robert Good and Clara Jane Hottot.

She is survived by three brothers; Arnold Good (Phylis) of Fredericton, N.B., Eldon Good (Rita) of Dalhousie Junction and Francis Good (Elizabeth) of Orilla, Ont; one sister May Good of Bathurst, N.B. Many nieces and nephews all of whom she loved dearly.
Elie LeBlanc
Elie LeBlanc of 17 Van Horne Crescent, Campbellton, passed away on February 5, 2004 in Shediac, N.B. Born in Campbellton on December 19, 1945, he was the son of the late Joseph LeBlanc and the late Elizabeth Coughlan of Campbellton.
He is survived by one son, Rodney LeBlanc of Shediac; two grandchildren Matthew LeBlanc and Martina LeBlanc, both of Shediac; three sisters, Georgette LeBlanc of Campbellton, Dorothy Chassé of Campbellton and Lilliane (Normand) Cormier of Atholville; two brothers, John LeBlanc, of Montreal and Albert LeBlanc of Campbellton.
Helena Esliger
The death of Helena Esliger of Jacquet River occurred Saturday, January 24, 2004, at the Dalhousie Nursing Home at the age of 79. Born in Jacquet River, she was the daughter of the late William Esliger and Julia Dempsey.
She is survived by three sisters Ethel Charest (Allen) of Vancouver, Charlotte Pettigrew of seaside, and Cynthia Allen (George) of Montreal; two brothers Arnold of Jacquet River, Donnie (Molly) of Jacquet River.
She was predeceased by her parents, daughter Janice, sisters Viola, Geraldine, Alfreda, brothers Gerald, Austin, and Alfred.
